My Story

I grew up in Tracy, CA and began my educational journey at San Joaquin Delta College. I later transferred to San Diego State University to complete my bachelor's degree in Psychology, and I earned my master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.

I have worked with clients to explore identity, culture, and family dynamics, supporting them in building coping skills and accessing wraparound services, including collaborating with medical providers when needed. I also have experience providing psychoeducation, early intervention, and prevention-focused services through workshops, groups, and outreach. I have experience in both in-person and telehealth settings and enjoy working with children, adoloscents, adults, couples, and families to address challenges such as anxiety, academic stress, life transitions, intergenertational stressors, parentification, and relational concerns. My approach emphasizes helping clients achieve their personal and relational goals while fostering strong, supportive therapeutic relationships. As a military spouse, I understand the impact of transitions and relocation on individuals and families.
