Hello

My name is Dianne Mordoki. If you're here, chances are something in your life isn't working the way you'd hoped and you don't have to figure it out alone.

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be completely yourself. No pressure to have the right words, no expectation that you have everything together. Some days we'll process the heavy stuff, other days we'll laugh, celebrate wins, or focus on practical tools you can actually use outside of session.

About Me

I tend to be an active therapist. I'll listen, ask questions, notice patterns, and gently challenge you when I think it will help you grow. My goal isn't to tell you what to do, it's to help you understand yourself better so you can make choices that align with the life you want.I work with adults, teens, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. I use approaches like CBT and DBT, but I believe people are more important than any single therapy model. Every person is different, so our work together will be too.

Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, more grounded, and more equipped to handle whatever life throws your way. Healing isn't about becoming someone else, it's about reconnecting with who you already are.If you're looking for a therapist who is genuine, compassionate, and willing to meet you where you are, I'd love to connect. And if your faith is important to you, I'm happy to incorporate Catholic/Christian values into our work together in a way that feels meaningful and authentic.
