Hello

My name is Nichole Phillips, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from National University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Davis, and a second Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Addiction from Southern New Hampshire University.

My Story

After spending the past fourteen years as a dedicated student, I’m excited to shift my focus toward helping others uncover the most authentic, empowered versions of themselves. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard. I specialize in trauma-informed care, drawing from Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, and solution-focused practices, with a foundation built on over five years of experience in substance use recovery. I believe healing is possible and that therapy can be the space where it begins.
